But... how does your dental patient REALLY feel?

We love our San Diego dental patients & we enjoy giving them a great dental experience!

But... how do your patients really feel? 

The answer to this simple question, can really humble you, as well as teach you that the Dentist/Patient relationship is reciprocal... and alive & well in San Diego! :)

Recently, The Coleman Center for Cosmetic Dentistry, sent a simple "5 question" email request to a random group of patients. This email asked questions like: "What's unique about the Coleman Center?", "Were you happy with the Staff?" and "Would you recommend Us?". The first response we received was so amazing, we had to share it with the world...

What would you say is unique about Dr. Coleman, the Coleman Center or your experience with us? 

I had smile issues and per chance saw Dr. Coleman on Channel 6. He stated, "There is no dental problem that can't be fixed." I carried his information in my purse for a few months and finally called his office. I was greeted with a warm reception over the phone and an invitation to come in for a consultation. I came in and was treated like a human. I have been to many DHMO providers and going to the dentist was always a nightmare for me. In addition, I couldn't find anyone to fix my issue.  

What struck me initially was the interpersonal interaction from the receptionist to Dr. Coleman. I received a consultation and decided to let Dr. Coleman fix me. His hygienist, receptionist and he were there with me through the process of transformation which took seven months. They gave me hot towels, water, tea, coffee,Advil, and affectionate pats when I became stressed anticipating treatment. They let me cry and gave me hugs; I was a very nervous patient at first.  I have a beautiful smile because of Dr. Coleman. 

After Dr. Coleman fixed me I went to a family gathering with my new smile and one of my husband's cousins, who is a dentist, noticed the change and did a full exam of my mouth and said, "He did a great job!"

Were you happy with the staff and/or service you received? 

I really enjoy going to the dentist. I enjoy Lorissa and Kayla.. Kayla and I giggle throughout my 'cleaning' process and exam. I really enjoy her company. She is wonderful. Lorissa helps me with insurance and is very accommodating; she is wonderful too. Dr. Coleman is very diligent and gives me advice about my smoking and cracked teeth that I won't to date commit to fixing however; I know he will take care of me when the time comes. I appreciate him very much; he takes care of me. 

In what ways did we make it easy for you to choose the Coleman Center? 

It is easy to chose the Coleman Center because of the professionalism, human touch and follow up. The care is exceptional. I have never in my life had a Dentist take care of me like Dr. Coleman and his staff does. 

Would you recommend us to others? 

There is no where else for me or my husband. I carry Dr. Coleman's cards with me and refer him to total strangers most of whom compliment me on my teeth. 

Should the opportunity arise, would you use our services again? 

There is no other Dental Professional for me or my husband. Dr. Coleman, Lorrissa & Kayla are family!
