In Office - Zoom Whitening

The Zoom process uses a blue-light lamp that generates a safe and effective way to accelerate the whitening process. The lamp works in collaboration with a patented whitening gel, available only with the Zoom process.

The gel contains hydrogen peroxide - a common tooth whitening ingredient. But thanks to the advanced blue light technique, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in Zoom gel is lower than in many other whitening agents, which means that Zoom is easier on your teeth and gums, and still provides superior results. The gel also contains ingredients such as glycerin and highly purified water, which means that the treatment is gentle on your teeth, while still making them up to 14 shades whiter.

SAFE
Opalescence Take Home Whitening Gels are only available from your dentist, who will supervise your treatment from initial consultation through completion. The sticky, viscous gel won’t migrate to gums, and most formulations include Potassium Fluoride (PF), which helps to improve oral health by strengthening enamel, decreasing sensitivity, and offering increased cavity prevention.

EFFECTIVE
Powerful, prescription-strength Opalescence Take Home Whitening Gels are available with 10%, 10%PF, 15%PF, 20%PF, and 35%PF carbamide peroxide. Opalescence Take Home Whitening Gels can provide results after just one night, though expect to see results in about a week. NOTE: Opalescence PF increase the mineral content of the enamel for greater strength.

CUSTOMIZED
Opalescence Take Home Whitening Gels are delivered via customized bleaching tray. Opalescence is recommended for whitening discolored teeth prior to placement of composite, veneers, and/or crowns. Opalescence is effective in removing some or all of the internal tooth discolorations due to congenital, systemic, pharmacologic, traumatic, etc., factors and aging.
