This year's San Diego "Rotarian's at Work" was a Great Success!

I had the privledge of organizing a "Rotarian's at Work Day" at Buckheart Ranch in Escondido, CA (a rehabilitation facitily for teenage boys with significant drug issues). We were helped by over 25 club members, their spouses or kids, Boy Scout troop 688, and kids from the RYLA Clubs.

Rotarians At Work, 2010, San Diego Sunrise Rotary of Rancho Bernardo

Again this year, the RB Sunrise Rotary will join the 60 plus Rotary clubs in San Diego and Imperial Counties in performing over 200 projects on a single day - April 24, 2010.

"Rotarians At Work" began in the San Diego Rotary District in 2006. Since that time this idea has spread to 38 districts representing almost 100,000 Rotarians and 2329 clubs. This years Helping Rotarians will be members of Rotaract and Interact clubs, Rotary sponsored Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops, plus Rotarian's family members.
